SSC Certificate
- GPA 5.00
Required Documents
Prepare all necessary documents before submitting your application
Photographs
- 5 copies of recent passport size photographs
Academic Documents
- Attested copy of HSC or O & A Level examination mark sheet and certificate
- Must bring original certificate & mark sheet for verification
Character Certificate
- Attested copy of Character Certificate / Testimonial from the institute
Identity Documents
- Attested copy of any kind of national identity
- Birth certificate OR National ID card
Income Statement
- Monthly or Annual income statement
- For businessman: Income statement from union council chairman or ward council
- For Government or service holder: Income statement from their respective office
Important Notes
- β’All documents must be properly attested by authorized personnel
- β’Original certificates and mark sheets must be brought during admission for verification
- β’Income statements must be obtained from the appropriate authority based on profession
- β’Photographs must be recent (taken within last 6 months) and passport size
